  Beautiful 3x2 facing the ocean for a spectacular view of the fireworks. Walking distance to all the restaurants and nightlife. The rental is spacious with a great kitchen and patio. Futons in the living room if you need them for more sleeping areas but we just had 5 people, so the three bedrooms looked well for us. Mangement company always easy to work with and very pleasant employees.

  Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath with excellent views of downtown and ocean. Upgraded interior with security entry was a plus! Management company very understanding when I accidently changed the freezer setting and they had to send maintenance after our departure to correct for the next guest. Parking was gated with two spots for our party of five, perfect. Plenty of guest parking as we had friends over from Grover Beach for dinner one night

  Valentina was an excellent property in Pismo Beach. Great location a few blocks from the pier and beach with close access to shopping and restaurants. The staff was great and responsive to questions and check-in was really easy. They even let us modify our dates after booking with no fees.
  The property is really nice with parking, secure access, and even beach gear if desired. The condo room was great with everything in great shape and well equipped.

  Great location and great accommodations. Family loved this placed. Had a couple of minor hiccups that Coastal Rentals resolved very quickly. Someone at Coastal always answered the phone when I called - not an automated machine - which was so refreshing. This location is close to several restaurants and an easy walk to the pier/beach. Great Spanish/hacienda style architecture if you are in to that.

  We had a wonderful weekend in a three bedroom unit at Valentina. The property is beautiful and the furnishings and accommodations were comfortable, clean and upscale. The location is the best- you can get fresh coffee, a hot cinnamon role and great seafood within one block of the property. We visited the Cracked Crab and Rosa's and had incredible dinners both nights. Everyone at the rental agency was wonderful, friendly and helpful. We were able to extend our stay for one day with no problems at all. I will definitely come back.

  We enjoyed our stay very much at the Valentina. We enjoyed the overall clealiness, the modern ammenities, the mattress, ambiance, security, the fact that the garage and property were secured and also had elevator access was also a plus. Even though it was not right on the beach, we were still within walking distance of almost anything. Being able to sit out on the veranda was also a plus with the nice weather we had. We would definitely like to come back again.

  Staying in a single hotel room with two teenage daughters for a week can be difficult. The Valentina provided us some much appreciated breathing room during our stay with their 3 bedroom unit. The accommodations were first rate: clean, spacious, luxurious,

  Condo wasn't cleaned well, but was taken care of upon request. Internet did not work in office area, eventually that too was taken care of. Kitchen utensils were rusty and cheap, lacking most useful items. Patio set very cheap compared to other ammenities, Gas grill was out of fuel. No directions on how to set or turn alarm off.Wish they had direct tv instead of cable, Direct is much better in programming and price i'm certain. Shelf in refridge is still broken, same as 1 1/2 yr ago. Could not get local phone service to work. Guest services director lady very helpfull whenever asked to help resolve issues.Wireless would be a better option than wired for internet. Bedrooms dont have service or connection point for guests.Stove burner leaked gas. Lighting wasn't set up for early risers leaving for work, problem fixed too. All in all OK stay, might stay again. A little pricey on monthly basis for the economy, especially off season.

  All 7 girls had a fabulous time. Loved the location, the size of the unit we stayed in and the very convenient parking garage. The only issue we had was the people above us were heavy walkers and were up walking around until 1-1:30 a.m. We did not experience people above us in 2009.
